SCB Medical College & Hospital is one of the oldest and largest in the country. Established in the pre-independence era, it still continues it’s saga of serving the people of the State and outside by providing free medical services to one and all. The College has been the Alma Mater of many stalwarts of the medical fraternity across the world and continues to produce more than 2000 trained medical and paramedical professionals every year.
WHAT IS TEDx ?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxSCBMCH, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxSCBMCH event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
